My real estate career began in 2006, right as the North Texas housing market was standing on the precipice of a historic shift. At the time, I was working simultaneously as a mortgage loan officer—a role I held from 2001 to 2009. Navigating the 2008 financial crisis from both the lending side and the property side taught me something 90% of agents in today's market have never had to learn: how to analyze market risk, dismantle hidden contract liabilities, and fiercely protect a client’s money when the economic landscape changes.

Backed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, I approach real estate as a strategic asset manager rather than a salesperson. My formal business training allows me to audit the financial health of your entire transaction, while my minor in Psychology gives me a distinct edge in high-stakes negotiations—allowing me to keep complex deals on track, neutralize emotionally charged situations, and protect your capital from start to finish.
